Nissan Altima’s Spy Shots Out
Nissan is planning to add a lot more elegance with its new next generation Altima if the photos we saw are to be believed. A few spy snaps of the Altima’s final production run have been taken that seem to suggest.
The Nissan Altima is due for redesigning for 2018 and with it, Nissan hopes for capitalizing over the previous track record from 2012-2017 of the midsize sedan.
Easily visible through the camouflaged body is the less rounded that the new Altima will possess. There is also a more pronounced rear end.
The body sculpting of the Altima seems to have taken into consideration the Vmotion 2.0 concept car, which Nissan had shown at this year’s Detroit Auto Show. The car even has an enlarged front grille, which brings the brand’s signature front V-motion to a whole new level.
For the interiors, Nissan seems to have put in a beefy D-shaped steering wheel and a stand-out display screen along with enlarged graphics.
The Altima’s model currently running right now has somewhat elevated Nissan’s position in the midsize sedan market. Since 2012, Altima has been a tough competitor of the Honda Accord and Toyota Camry.
