Porsche Mission E Comes Out in the streets
It’s been more than two years since the Porsche Mission E was unveiled to the automotive world and boom the sales for the company. With stunning looks, the 4-door all-electric has been spotted in its wild mode for the first time.
In a recent update, more than one Porsche Mission E test cars were photographed outside Porsche’s R&D centre, Weissach, along with, Tesla car models to accompany them.
The test units were heavily wrapped and had tape as well as fake light stickers on its front end and hence, aren’t solely, a part of the fake department.
Just to hinder viewers from guessing the car model, the German-based manufacturer, Porsche had attached a set of fake tailpipes.
Although, if that’s how they plan to keep us guessing, they’ll have to try harder next time.
Specs of the Porsche Mission E
The car runs on an all-electric powertrain and has a total of 592 horsepower to ensure a steady performance. The Mission E is able to go from 0-200 km/h in just 12 seconds and carries a range of 531 km in a single charge.
When it comes to charging, Porsche has designed the car’s systems to provide the customers a charge of 80% in just 15 minutes of charging time. When achieved, the Mission E is going to be a real game changer with amazing capabilities. There are also reports of the car being provided with level 4 autonomous capabilities and OTA, much similar to what Tesla offers right now.
The Porsche Mission E luxury sedans will launch by 2020 and we don’t want to wait any longer!
